Card game engine?

I remember an engine for card games being posted here a long time ago, which I found through a search. Now I can no longer find it, and I really want to play it.

It's an engine for trading card and traditional card games, where you can simply move the cards around on the screen and chat and stuff. That's pretty much all I can remember from it.

Sorry for being so vague, but it was a long time ago. I think the thread was started by Quinnr? I can't remember that much.
