31.10 cannot make military

So I disbanded my whole military so i could start from scratch after the new bug fixes, and now the noble positions for military dwarves are gone. So I can't build any more military. Is there some new change or something that I am missing or shall I take it to the bug tracker?

So when using the military screen "m" you just can't create a new squad and add guys to it?
And i don't see what nobles have to do with that, some soldiers are nobles, but its due to their position in your army, not the way around.

no i can create a squad but it says I dont have anyone qualified to lead it, so I cant add anyone to it at all

Assign someone to militia commander or squad captain on the nobles screen?

If the noble positions are gone it sounds like a bug.

Yeah, probably the fact that you can't assign leaders without having a militia commander.  Assign a militia commander from the nobles screen and it should work out.
