How do i find my maps Seeds?

I genned a map, and I like an embark spot, but I want to fiddle with a wrld gen parameter and gen it again, how do I find the seed of my current map so I can retype it and get the same thing?

I believe if you go to legends and export the worldgen info, you can read the seeds in the file it generates.
