With the animal taming,you should be able to "talk" to a hostile animal and there should be an option called "Charm" that will tame it for you (and of course a taming skill too),and with more realistic physics i mean stopping 1 wall from being able to hold up an entire tower.

Toady has said that he eventually plans to make cave-in's more realistic i.e. no more holding up mountains with one pillar of soap. But until then, have fun holding up mountains with bars of soap.

I have a few more ideas:When riding something press F to use breath attack,and if you attack something while riding something your mount and you will attack.
