Age of Decadence, Xenonauts and Subversion. None of them are certain to come out at any time, but I'll be waiting.

Beyond that, Guild Wars 2. I don't have much faith in MMOs, but what they promise has me suckered in. And there's no monthly fee.

I'm also curious how Bulletstorm, The Witcher 2, Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 3 will turn out. Each of them has some immediately visible issues, yet may turn out to be surprisingly good.
