You know, when you go to butcher certain things it will say that "you are not that hungry" I think you should be able to butcher things that you killed anytime because if you're heartless enough to kill it you should be heartless enough to butcher it.

*edit* I have another suggestion, you should be able to make soap with butchered fat which will prevent infection if it is applied to a wound.

More hands-off morality has been discussed before, and Toady isn't sure how much would work.   A sliding morality scale seems to be the direction he is heading in.

Also, crafting stuff like soap is also planned for adventure mode.   Please use search.   Please.
