I'm still frightened to embark on a terrifying biome because of my run in with almost a dozen zombie and skeletal elk. If only they were cows, that'd be more relevant to the conversation.

You should try to use drugs as little as possible for mental troubles. Altering brain chemistry is a very complicated thing; even common medicines aren't completely researched, and many are only slightly researched. People trying drugs tend to gain one thing and lose another, when they could take care of the problem through will, thinking, and habits.

The thing about my situation is that I do control my problems through martial arts, meditation techniques and mental exercises. I just needed a little juicing up of those processes, because will only goes so far.
