hi,

i want to suggest a new building / noble job,

the foreign office.

the job shuld work simmilar to the stock keeper, rising effectiveness with the spended workingtime.
the effect shuld be like this:

one wuld have several options ( "anyone welcome" (rising immigrants), "skilled workers welcome" (much less immigrants, but these have better skills), "invaders will get shoot" (no immigrants) and "noone will get out alive here !" (prevents dwarfes from emigrate, emigrate when unhappy wuld be another nice feature, btw)

maby someone have noticed already, this suggestion is inspired by the greate island-dictator-simulation tropico

Something like this has been suggested before, if only I could remember what it was called.
