I hate captcha images. 90% of the time they confound me (the messed up zig zaggy multi-coloured ones, for the most part), simply because they're so stupidly done they're next to unreadable. They don't even stop spambots from signing up to sites.

I'm not colourblind, but I do wear glasses. I've just spent about five minutes being confounded by a set of captcha images that were next to unreadable. Redoing the image changes it, too, so I can't even piece together what a word might be over multiple images. Really piss me off, and they don't even do what they're meant to do!

I'm normally okay with captcha messages, as they do help against SOME bot spam.

Just not the ones that are so overly complex that it would take a 30 year old abstract arts professor to guess what's in the box.

As far as the captcha images, I don't have a major issue with them, but sometimes they can be a bit confusing.

They tend to be more of an annoyance, especially the ones that are really screwed around.
