I mean it's interesting... but what's the point?

Its like progress quest without anything fun to look at.

Sorry...

... Unfortunately, it moves so fast it's almost unplayable... maybe slow the ball down a bit, would be very interesting to try to learn to play :)

Couple quick questions though.  The player's paddle is on the left (0) right?  And where is the point of origin for the paddle?  I mean, if the coordinate for a paddle is 250, is the top of the paddle at 250, or the bottom, or the middle?

On the Wall is a Masterfully engraved carving of Urist McHardcastle and Goblins. Urist McHardcastle is surrounded by the Goblins. The Golbins are stamping on Urist McHardcastle. Urist McHardcaste is laughing at the Goblins. The carving related to the prolonged and bloody death of Urist McHardcastle in the Fall of 1659, the Winter of 1659, and the Spring of 1660. On the engraving is an image of Cheese.

Yeah, moves far too fast to be playable.

I have personally tried this.
It has my seal of approval.

This game is one of the hardest things every made.

The part that makes me cringe is how easy it would be to add graphics, yet not doing it.
I would want to see that ball bouncing, if I had accomplished it.
Changing angles and stuff, I would love to see that animated,
 and feel accomplished.

Pretty cool, Alfie.

Nice show of having a basic understanding of 2d graphics/physics

It's obviously a proof of concept than a game, since the game itself is 'match up the y values before the x value becomes 0', which strangely is the exact game the rendered game is.
