I really like this little map.  No river, but a bunch of ponds that stay filled.  I'm having a lot of fun digging into the mountain and trying to work with the square shape.  Sorry about the FB photo link - my imageshack account is playing up.

Add the below text to your world gen init.  The world gen for this doesn't work for 31.04, however if you generate in the previous 2010 version you can copy the region save over and it works just fine.  And just note that I have set the embark points high in this because I think a group of 7 dwarves being sent out to make a new world would be well supplied AND experienced - make sure to change it if you want a harder embark.
