Question Regarding Breadth of Graphics Sets
« on: May 16, 2010, 04:27:30 pm »

I've been greatly anticipating the Linux release of 0.31, and, unwilling to "waste" time building a fortress in an old version, I considered drawing up some new sprites for creatures which I have not seen covered in Phoebus' collective set. However, this mostly boils down to vermin and fish; I believe the vermin are unable to be retiled, but can common fish, like lamprey eels and salmon, be retiled?

Anything which does not have "vermin" token can be "retiled".

The only way to "retile" vermin is to draw a sprite on the character set and use it. That's what I do for vermin fish, insects and critters.
