I'd say about as dangerous as a Bronze Colossus if I had to guess.

Yup, "Iron man cough", causes you to Cough blood for a short time. And also the fact that they can punch you to death if you can't run away.

So how deadly is iron man cough?Does coughing up blood stun you or something?Oh and am i the only one who gets reminded of liquid metal terminators when i think about those iron man things?

Iron men aren't particularily difficult to kill. In my experience this goes for all inanimates with 2 or more tissue layers. It's the single tissue layer ones like Mud Men and Bronze Colossi who are unkillable. At least if that tissue layer isn't something incredebly flimsy; mobs like Fire Men do get killed easily.
