Hm!  So Stonesense works in adventure mode too!  Interesting - and exciting.
Has anyone else been using it?  If so, are there any things that I should know?
e.g. places or things that might make it crash, for example.

EDIT:

Seems to be OK to walk around in the wilds with it set to [F]ollow the action... moving off the edge of the screen when leaving a site upset it a bit.  Need more testing.

Using the H key to toggle hidden blocks does a FULL reveal of the area, even things that you're not supposed to be able to see yet.  Kinda exploit-y, not happy with that.
Useful for getting a look at the structure of the temple without having to visit each level and look into each corner, though.
Also when mountain climbing, for spotting higher ground.

Best to turn off [.B]lack bits for unrevealed blocks, as they're kinda ugly.

This is a new kind of fun :)

ABOVE: mountain time
BELOW: cave time

(on an unrelated note, I really like the new style cave entrances)

I used it all the time in .40d to find questgivers and quest monsters in Adventure mode.
