Any way to make underground plants growable without mud?

In order to create a farm plot underground you must first muddy the ground by temporarily covering it with water (common methods include a bucket brigade or controlled flooding by temporarily diverting a river or pool, using a floodgate or door), or find a muddied area in a cavern) (each tile underneath the farm plot must be muddied).

He's asking if it's moddable.

I'm suggesting that it's not.
Simply because farms are hardcoded.

You might be able to create a type of soil which is always treated as muddy, though.

How?By the way wouldn't it make subterranean plants grow outside?

Heck, I dunno.

I really haven't done much modding.
I can add llamas, and I can patch together a graphics set.

What more do you need, right?  = P

Actually, I think that may have to do with the lighting and "insidedness" of the plot.

No, it's the check if there's soil under it which is not working. Right now underground soil should be farmable if there's soil on z-1 under it, but this check is not working properly.
