So I've tried the specific weapon function in the military screen. Unfortunately, unless I give every other military dwarf with the same weapon type their own specific weapon, an equipment mismatch occurs, because someone else grabbed the weapon before the designated owner could. Is there any other way to quickly do this, or will I have to slog through and make sure each militia member has their own weapon designated so that one of them can have their favorite weapon?
