Topic: Add forum font style option: LEGENDARY (Read 780 times)

I don't know if it is really easily to add options like this to the forum, but if you could add a font style called LEGENDARY that would make the affected text cycle through bright and dark colors like the avatar of a LEGENDARY dwarf, or important messages such as "MORTALLY WOUNDED" in Dwarf Fortress, that would be doubleplus awesome good.

I don't think there are colorchanging fonts unless it's a specific plugin you can get for a forum.

Glow and shadow are almost never used (thanks *insert deity/pantheon*) and a blinking text would be just annoying in my opinion. It would be a bit like adds from the older days of the web.

I agree that flashing text is annoying in most contexts, but in Dwarf Fortress itself it is used to wonderful effect. I think it would be fun for this forum, certainly not for all forums.
