Executions on fortress mode.

Lets say if we caught an elf in a cage trap we could publicly execute them for entertainment to the dwarves you know by guilotene or hanging or somthing like that.it should entertain and increase the mood of non pacifist dwarves and make them work harder.

Well this can sort of be done as is. Just add [LIKES_FIGHTING] onto your dwarfs and then build an arena.
