export local image?

I have looked everywhere for a solution but i am trying to export local images for the last 40d update and i cant seem to make it work.  i know its a known bug but i was wondering if anyone has a workaround i can use?

It's not an image export, but have you tried "print screen" button?  Sorry if this is little help.

ya i tired that but the compressor used for the map archive wont accept it.  thanks for the reply though.  i am just going to wait for next release before i start uploading maps.
