Greater Desert Drifter
A massive beast which lives above the great deserts, kept effortlessly aloft by internal hydrogen pockets and constant desert thermals. Uses dozens of elongated skeletal arms and to drag it's prey into it's great mouth. Often accompanied by dozens of smaller flying creatures which swarm over the beast and use it as a mobile roost.

Rakshee
Tadpole shaped creatures of vaguely reptilian ancestry bearing a massive human like mouth, two wings and two powerful legs.They have no nose, ears or eyes and use an unknown sense to perceive their environment Hunts in packs, tearing it's prey apart and eating the pieces on the wing. Often seen with Greater Desert Drifters and seem to share a symbiotic relationship with them.

Ancient Rakshee
From the moment they are born the Rakshee never stop growing and are effectively immortal in regard to age. As a consequence the few Rakshee which make it to old age are truly massive beasts which only get larger and more powerful as time goes by. A true ancient Rakshee may be nearly a mile long and have a mouth big enough to swallow a tavern in one bite.

Redclaw:
lives in small hollows and crevaces.

When it is hungry and out of food, it jumps out at creatures passing by, paralyzes them with it's claw-juice, then drags them inside the crevice.

The unfortunate creature is then paralyzed by the embedded claw perpetually while the redclaw retreats into a heavy state of hybernation.
