I wanted a race of avians (modded harpies) to do something like this, but thought I had to wait until magic or more skills were in...could you please share the code for this attack?

It's a simple material breath attack using a trailing dust flow.

 [MATERIAL_BREATH_ATTACK:LOCAL_CREATURE_MAT:<whatever you want them to breathe out>:TRAILING_DUST_FLOW]
