Make building & digging a down stairs be selectable

It is pretty minor, but I would recommend that selecting to dig a down stairs and build a down stairs be activated by "J" as opposed to how it is now with digging a down stairs being "J" and building a down stairs being "D"

I believe you can change the key bindings for almost anything in the key bindings option in the main menu.

You can change the key bindings, but you can't move "Construct Down Staircase" from the Construction menu to the Designate menu.

He wasn't asking that construct be moved to dig, he was asking that they be the same keybinding.
