So, I understand that under the new system, it's impossible to mod HFS directly, as they and titans are procedurally generated.

It would be nice, however, if we had the ability to modify the "constant" things about them- their ability to fly, their building destroyer tags, whether or not they breed, and how they interact with civilizations upon escaping. Dunno if this is doable, though.

What do you really need to turn Elves into Dwarves? Mutation could make them grow a beard; insanity effects could make them evil-minded, aggressive, tree-hating cave dwellers, and instant, full necrosis of their lower legs could make them short.

One should be able to fine-tune them just like everything else in the game. Right now, we can't even do something as simple as make them all be composed of inorganic materials.

Personally I'd like to be able to remove wings from caterpillars.
