Sometimes when the trade representatives arrive, the agreement screen will come up just when I'm hitting space (most often, a + space to see my Idlers again).  Could you change this to use some other key to exit this and other menus which pop up at unexpected moments?

Also, the "save game" dialogue could use some changes: it's not clear that you have to hit space after it says "save game successful", and there's a long pause after hitting space before it returns you to the menu.  

A "hit space to continue" prompt would be good, and whatever it does after you hit space should be done before you hit it so the return to the menu is instantaneous.

That's all reasonable...  I think I've been annoyed by all of these things myself, especially the successful save lag, but the notes trickle down the list and on to the floor.
