Build Better Walls.
« on: April 11, 2010, 08:17:29 pm »

It's sort of sad when I have to put in a Rough Block Wall somewhere where everything else is smoothed or engraved. Frankly, I want to build smoothed and engraved walls, or build rough walls, then smoothe and engrave them.

Yes. Clearly a bug that ought to be fixed in the future, but exploit it in the meantime.

Natural stone walls still ought to get an edge in quality, though. A reward for flexible planners.

No, it's more dwarven to simply carve the wall out, and replace it with one made 100% out of pure dwarven hand.

One of the toads decided to go for a swim in the moat - presumably because he could path through the moat to my dwarves. He is not charging in, just loitering in the moat.

The toad is having a nice relaxing swim.
The goblin mounted on his back, however, is drowning.
