Help for the Helpless

  Hi, I am brand new to df, and really enjoying it so far. Im having a ton of trouble getting any of the visualizers to work and was wondering of anyone could help me. Im using the 2010 mayday and lemunde. Im running vista.

Khazad: Open DF, load world, click memory dump nothing
Visual Fortress: open DF, load world click dump memory message: Unable to detect a supported DF version memory read aborted
Stonesense: could not find DF process
3Dwarf: run map_exract: could not find DF ver, in local data store.

  All Visualizers are extracted to the DF directory and installed correctly.
  It has been hard for me to find any related forum threads, since this forums maze-like qualities are enhanced y the fact that most of you seem to bee hardened tech-genie-wizards who eat code for breakfast.

I don't think those have had 2010 updates yet.

None of these utilities work with DF2010 yet. A new Stonesense should be released soon. Visual Fortress is not in active development right now, there was talk of someone else picking it up but they'll need to be better coders than I am. If you need a visualizer right now, then you should be playing 40d, probably 40d18, which I think is used in the last release of mayday before he switched to DF2010.

Thanks so much for the help 8) I guess I will just have to be patient, does anyone know of an ETA on any visualizer?
