Construct Building -> Install [X]

This is pretty simple - when dwarves are off putting that new door into place or the like, instead of having their task listed as "Construct Building", make it be "Install <X>", where X is the item they have to move to accomplish the task.

I second, as well... and please, please, make updating the build wall/floor implementation a priority. It should be more like bridge-building or digging... it takes so much work and time to build one tile at a time...

Or, at the very least, walls could be built like horizontal axles.
