Wounds caused by heat bleed less

Because heat helps to cauterize wounds, and having dwarfs bleed to death when submerged in magma is silly.

The resulting party killed 20 dwarves, crippled 2 more and the remaining 9 managed to get along and have a nice party.

Yeah, I find it odd that dwarves die of exsanguination when they're on fire. I don't get it.

I haven't noticed the issue, but this makes sense.

This might not be intended and may be caused by complications from something else (boiling blood etc). I would be happy if somebody could further examine what really goes on when a dwarf gets cooked.
