[0.31.01] Temperature? Ice covering does not go away/corpses do not burn

1) I have ice covering on everything, even on TEETH, after I left glacier.
Now the weather is warm but the ice does not want to go away.

2) I tried to burn elven corpses to get bones, but they do not catch fire no matter how long do I sleep.
