Has the rate of masterpieces been increased?

Because my Legendary+whatever stonecrafter (gotta love moods) is literally cranking out a masterpiece roughly every twenty seconds. Not that I mind, but...

I'm still playing the previous version and depending on efficiency, legendary +5 dwarves can literally crank out masterpieces every 5 seconds (because there's a 25% chance of masterpiece).
