I get Periodic lockups of 0.5-4 seconds, every 5-20 seconds.
I have only 7 dwarves on an 8x8 grid.
In between the lockups, the FPS is around 90-ish (i.e not maxied
out at 99).

System:
- Intel i5-750 (quadcore)
- 8BG Ram
- Win7-64
