Any ideas of when a management tool will come out?

After starting up the game and watching a war of my own creation in arena, I went to fortress. I loaded up Therapist to see if it would work, by some off chance, and as I thought, it didn't. Now I'm not sure about anyone else here, but I am not patient enough to go through the labor lists all day on and offing everything I want the idiots to do.

So basically, as the name suggests, when do you think this managerial nightmare will have a utility to solve it?

Well, he did make it a little easier to manage jobs in game by adding submenus for jobs. But I was really hoping he would integrate therapist's main features.
