I find it interesting just to examine this sort of stuff and question it just for the sake of questioning it.
What has always bothered me about this film is that Jackie O tries to crawl OUT of the car. The explanation is that she was 'reaching for a piece of Jack's skull' or something. Anybody else ever think this was strange?
Who would you try to crawl OUT of a car after the person next to you just got sniped? Wouldn't you duck, like the governor and his wife did? Why does Jackie O start to crawl out of the car? If the bullet had come from a sniper, wouldn't she be crawling right into the open (and into danger) if she did that?
If you watch the film, it looks like segments were spliced out right around the shot to the head. Just before the impact, you watch the driver 'turn'. Then you see him in an odd position that looks like he's whipped his arm forward and up, as if he were holding something out, something metallic-looking and angular.
You wouldn't crawl OUT of a car into the open if you were in danger of being sniped... right?
Would you crawl out of the back of a convertible if the driver turned around and shot the person next to you?
It sure does look like a front shot...
I advise viewing this series of videos. It's conspiracy theory, but it's worth a watch.

Greer did not discuss slowing the car in his statement to the FBI on the night of the assassination, nor did he mention this aspect to the Warren Commission during the official investigation. His testimony seems to deny that he turned to look directly at Kennedy during the shooting, although the Zapruder film shows him doing so. Secret Service procedures in place at the time did not allow Greer to take action without orders from senior agent Roy Kellerman, who sat to Greer's right. Kellerman has stated that he shouted, "Let's get out of line, we've been hit," but that Greer apparently turned to look at Kennedy, initiating a fatal delay, before accelerating the car out of the danger zone. As Roy Kellerman told author William Manchester, "Greer then looked in the back of the car. Maybe he didn't believe me."

Cooper's detractors labeled him a conspiracy theorist because of his publications, a charge Cooper did not deny, arguing this:

Marx and Engels claimed that, in the effort to create a classless society, a "graduated income tax" could be used as a weapon to destroy the middle class. [ . . . ] Through the clever use of language, the government promotes the fraud.

In the 1990s Cooper's interest moved from UFOs, to covert government programs and the militia movement. In June 2001 he warned publicly about an important terrorist attack on United States of America that would be blamed on Osama Bin Laden.
Cooper was killed by police at his home in 2001.
