DF sprite art
« on: March 16, 2010, 10:29:54 pm »

Hey guys, a thought just occurred to me and I wanted some input.  I've been making sprite art for 8 bit games for a while now and wanted to know what the demand was for DF sprites.  The pieces are wooden blocks painted with acrylic.  They can be anywhere from 1/4" blocks to 1".

I will probably do one or two for my own collection anyway so I figured I would gauge the community reaction.

I believe that this would go in 'DF General Discussion', as this section of the forum is about Slaves to Armok I, the precursor to dwarf fortress.

FYI, this is in the wrong forum (you posted this in the Slaves to Armok 1 forum, not one of the DF forums), and you can move it using the button in the lower left corner-or-so of the screen.

I'm interested in seeing examples of what you've made, though.

Actually, I think you can already buy coloured blocks with letters on them at any childrens' toy store.
