Audium, and its ore form audite, is a recently discovered metal found in veins in igneous-extrusive stone. It is lightweight and resistant to heat, but quite malleable, making it ill-suited for combat equipment. Due to its recently-discovered status, it is quite rare and valuable. Its name comes from the pure, hypnotic sound it makes - this makes audine instruments quite valuable. Sedilshorast, "Angelwires", is a newly established research station for discovering the hidden qualities of this mysterious metal.

Right, I'll try this again. Chose the largest embark area possible - got a river, several lakes and a magma pool (according to the finder). I want to see the entire surface of the mountain smoothed! One day, people!
