First year caravan came with 2 wagons 1 died the other one never left i think it's because i deleted  the tradeing post while they were unloading,
it's now year 3 and they're still here and another one never came i've also gotten no immigrants for these 3 years.

any suggestions?

It's more likely that something is blocking the wagon from leaving the map, such as a tree that grew after it arrived.  Build a depot next to the wagon and use the (D)epot access tool to figure out what's up.
