Streaming game, taking suggestions

I dunno how often this will be up, how long it will be right now, or how long I'll keep doing it in the future... But I started a new fort by a river and dolomite and I'm streaming it live and taking suggestions. Hop in and help if you want to.

I see if I can't put this back up in about 2.5 hrs. Nobody showed up last time so I just built up a self-sustaining shelter and now they're just... waiting for direction.  ;)

You need a ustream account to chat, unfortunately, but I've tried a half-dozen services and this is the most low-cpu and hassle-free service by far. Plus if people don't need to register I would get too many unfunny "kill all dwarves" requests.

I want you to know I'm not angry, just disappointed.  :P

Anyway I got almost nobody over the short lifetime of the fort, which was a total buzzkill since I went to the trouble of setting it all up and I think the concept is solid (if you've never played a hotseat game where you and a friend talk over each others' shoulders, you don't know what you're missing).

What's the best way to make another go at this? Set up a regular daily timeframe? Switch to a site that allows chat without an account? (I'd really like to know who's saying what on a day-to-day basis though...) Get the IM addresses of interested people and message them whenever I'm hosting? Give up because it's a terrible idea? Your thoughts, please.

And try putting up a notice before starting.  I.e. give us a couple days because I wasn't on the forums yesterday but I would have enjoyed watching it.
