Custom Decorations?

I've been wondering. Is it possible to make custom decorations, like say a fleur-de-lis or to specify that there is a brass covering on the pommel or something? I know that it's simply for flavor, but it would be cool to do.

There should be a folder with "art_modifier_shape" or similar in it in the raws. You can add things there.
