My siege is stuck

Ok, so I'm being besieged. First and second wave were easy enough, now a whole squad with an injured elf are sat at one edge of the map, and 5 goblins are sat at the other edge. They're not moving. The siege is still on. What can I do? I have a tiny army which couldn't get rid of them if they tried, and all my champions are in the watch.

Do you have cage traps out there? If squad leaders are stuck in cage traps the squad sits at the cage because the leader isn't moving.

Or simply they can't path to a dwarf.

I'm looking forward to the next release.

No longer will there be annoying cat and mouse games with skittish sieges.

My champions will be boozed up and ready to go. SEARCH AND DESTROY!!   ;D

Give a couple raw recruits crossbows and send them out. Crossbows do insane damage.
