Do any of you have methods to somehow weaken Tinnitus (in both ears, feels like it's in my middle ear), help me with dermatophagia and OCD?

I know I'm not contributing either, but really, every Life Advice topic consists of at least one or two people (usually Cthulhu) telling the OP to stop asking for advice on the forums...

Well, to be fair, he's asking for advice on rather particular medical problems.

As someone with a minor case of OCD (the only condition he listed that I have experience with), I can say that unless you have a VERY minor case - the kind where you can ignore its effects if you get into the right state of mind - it's not getting better without professional help.
