...GOT IT. It took a few minutes, I won't lie. He's making a pun on bullshit = bs = 'b'-'s' (to build then place a statue). The 'oi' thing though, I don't see the pun there.

Incidentally, I do find often when placing statues that my dwarves like to get stuck behind the statues. It's really quite hilarious, especially since I often don't notice until I see "Urist McStupidIdiot has died of thirst" on my screen.
