The items my dwarves trade with the elves, some have images sewn to them, is it possible to encounter these items in adventure mode when venturing to the elf habitat?

I take it you mean that there is a picture of a named artifact sewn onto trade goods? That is very possible. I once had human traders bring me a mug with a picture of an artifact on it, which was an artifact that one of my dwarves had made about a year ago!

One of my trade goods has a picture of a mountain sewn onto them, but yes.

That's pretty sweet. I should adventure away once I'm done with this fortress.

So you are asking if goods sold to elves appear in the elves settlement that bouhght them?
I really don't know, but I don't recall any findings of goods produced by a fortress outside the fortress site.

If this doesn't happen, it should!

Yes. I have traded shitloads of obsidian mugs to an elven caravan, then abandoned, started a new fortress in a human town, and guess who was in the keep?

Agreed. It would add to the depth of the adventure mode.

I recall going to a human village near one of my abandoned forts, and found the ground littered with masterpiece mugs constructed by my former mayor.

Once your fortress starts to really get going and has some artifacts lying around, you can look at the equipment dwarven traders are wearing and see the Mountainhomes are decorating them with images of YOUR artifacts.

Likewise, once you have some champions and some military battles, the goblins will sometimes wear equipment decorated with pictures of your champions slaughtering goblins!  (Or goblins slaughtering your champions, as the case may be)

One of the goblin commanders amushing my fort had pictures of my first artifact iron corkscrew sewn in gcs silk on his gcs silk sock... makes me wish that was what was in the trap that did him in.

I once got attacked by a goblin in adventure mode who had an artifact iron sword as his weapon that my dwarves made a long time ago.

Skewered me in a single hit.

my champion is now holding his artifact crossbow by his upper left leg and still shooting with is just fine despite having no hands.
What? He's firing from the hip.
