[SCIENCE QUESTION] Wagons with power?

What would happen if you gave wagons certain tags? If they got the POWER tag, would goblin civs be run by invincible wagons? If you gave them dragonfire and large_predator would they kill everything? If you gave them all three would the world be run by goblin civ leading wagons who breathe fire at everything they meet?
I'll answer these if no one else does and I get a chance to play.

but as soon as your adventurer enters the screen it will be scuttlled...
