Enhora creates an infinite nebula consisting mostly of hydrogen. While it covers completely the entire universe in all directions such there there is no outside of it, the density varies a lot and occasionally you might find areas of near perfect vacuum hundreds of light years in diameter. some parts quickly collapse into stars (also an infinite amount, dues to the nebula being infinite) and gravity makes the stars begin clumping together in a way that if let continue uninterrupted for a few hundred million years will eventually result in galaxies.

I create an infinite nebula, and stars for from it.
