i would like to know if there is some way for me to get  a goblin siege befor i have 80 dwarfs

1) Remove [BABYSNATCHER] in [ENTITY:EVIL] in entity_default.txt
2) Remove [INTELLIGENT] from [CREATURE:GOBLIN] in creature_standard.txt, place there [CAN_CIV][CAN_LEARN][UTTERANCES] instead.

You don't need to do that, Deon.

All you need to do is change the following tags in the entity_default.txt for Goblins.

Change these tags to the following:
[PROGRESS_TRIGGER_POPULATION:1]
[PROGRESS_TRIGGER_PRODUCTION:1]
[PROGRESS_TRIGGER_TRADE:1]

They will probably come as early as your first summer.

They won't. They will send babysnatchers first for some time. And without BABYSNATCHER they won't be hostile.

its fine if thay dont show up right at the start i just dont want to deal with a 80 pop fort i have some ideas for a  small 20 pop for 10 workers 10 champs some magma traps and a a few ada serated disc traps im wanting to play a small frontear post thats under attack

Yes, in both cases. I'd suggest to go with my method, this way they will be overly aggressive . It's used in the Orc mod.
