Saving dwarfs/areas to a hotlist and other small things.

Doorf Hotlist
It would be a lot more convenient if you were able to add dwarfs or certain areas of your choice to a hotlist in which you could pull up and center in on. Being able to add notes would make it a lot easier to distinguish between all the dwarfs' vague names. I know this is but the (U)nit screen is for, but its sorta annoying to hit  U and pagedown through all my dwarfs, animals, and random dead carcasses piled up in some corner of the map to get to a single person.

Saving area points
For example, keying Shift+1 while looking at a certain area (lets say for now your soon to be dwarf apartment complex construction site) will have the game memorize the location so it can be centered in next time you key 1. Doing this would make it alot easier to cycle through different areas like your sweathouse, stockpiles, or the entrance of your fortress. It would be great if all the numbers 1-9 could be used with SHIFT so you could set a total of 9 "points".

Small things
-Adding Pagedown/Pageup support to more lists.
-Being able to look through and center in on announcements (good for times when somethings attacking/interrupting/killed your dwarfs).

Thats it :V sorry if any of these were mentioned before.

"shift-H"

Hotkey menu.  Lets you zoom in on certain areas by hitting the F# buttons.  So that's already a feature.

For zooming in on dwarves, there's nothing in the game itself (aside from the units menu that you unfortunately have to re-search for the specific dwarf you want every time), but the new version of Dwarf Therapist lets you zoom on dwarves.

Personally, I like [DF] because after climbing the damned learning cliff, I'm too elitist to consider not liking it.

The possibility of adding dwarves and items to the hotlist menu would be neat. Shift-Fkey for the dwarves, alt-Fkey for the items?
