Ok, I remember reading something fairly recently about modding organs like the brain, heart, lungs, etc. so you can gouge them out like you can with eyes, but i forgot the details and can't find the thread again. Is it really as simple as putting in the [EMBEDDED] tag?

Oh yer I was the one who asked how to do that.Yer just put that tag on all the body parts and it should work.
