[40d16] Reclaiming too many times causes crash

One fort, after many losses too orcs and various critters I tried to make my Fourth reclaim. I now crash every time i try to make my fourth reclaim. Makes me sad. was at least 14 hours into the fort and had just got to the point where defenses were passible, farms were irrigated and had every industry up and running =( xp sp3

You, um, ran out of lives?

Seriously though... is there anything being written to the error log?  I'm suspecting it's the "Nemesis load fail" but really it could be many things.
