This looks pretty good! I love the retro, old school look.
Haven't tried it out yet, but I just might.

The last screenshot, the fog because of the height. That looks so good.

*Wipes tear from eye*

Christmas came early this year. :3

I once shot a bear in the eye with a bow on the first shot, cut it up, found another one, and shot it in the eye too. The collective pile of meat weighed more than my house.

This is awesome! ;D
Just a quick question though, how did you get that much tiles drawn in the last shot, my view seems to get cut off to blue background in my screen.

The options for that are in the init file for stonesense. Look for these and change the second one to whatever you want.  My settings are.

Code: [Select]
These two options set how large the cube loaded from Dwarf Fortress is.
Each entry expects the number of tiles to load.
[SEGMENTSIZE_XY:50]
[SEGMENTSIZE_Z:15]

The fog is also off by default.  You need to change the alpha value in this entry to something other than 0.  I have mine set to 255.  Your ideal values may vary.
Code: [Select]
Fog color, and alpha at the bottom z-level.
Setting the alpha to 0 disables fog, for a slight performance increase.
Color and alpha ranges are 0 (min) to 255 (max)
[FOG_RED:95]
[FOG_GREEN:95]
[FOG_BLUE:160]
[FOG_ALPHA:255]

Awesome!  My tower SS got used to promote Stonesense!

Dwarf Fortress is Minesweeper with attitude.  In both games you are uncovering squares and just waiting for it to blow up in your face.  At least in DF you have tiny bearded and smiling avatars to torture on your descent to fun.

The muskox in the 2nd screenshot looks intimidating.
