The goblin tower he's part of has a very small population that every few years undergoes an attack of a couple hundred elves, so there's probably a few others like him.

I genned this for ten thousand years (9893 of which have been the age of elves), so someone with more time on their hands than me could gen it for one hundred thousand and see if he still lives, and what kill cound he racked up.

Also, how did whoever had planepacked extract the list of what it had on it? Hopefully we can do the same here.
